Our Pastor

 Levi Deatrick

Levi Deatrick was called to be the pastor of Lifegate Baptist Church in October of 2021. 

 His father, Pastor Dan Deatrick, was the founding pastor of Lifegate in 1975 and so he spent the first 10 years of his life in this area and in this church. 

 Pastor Deatrick has pastored for more than 17 years, with two years as an assistant pastor in northern Illinois and 15 years as a senior pastor in east central Illinois. 

 He and his wife, Carol, have 8 children ranging in age from 6 to 21. 

 Pastor Deatrick has a Bachelor’s Degree in Missions, a Master’s Degree in Old Testament Studies, and a Doctorate in Biblical Studies.
